Winter Fun Time in the NC Mountains!

The Whisper Pines Lodge has two separate and complete living areas. The main floor has two bedrooms, large living area with cathedral ceilings, full kitchen, two baths, gas fireplace and outside porches that wrap around the entire home that overlooks the mountains and trout stream. The lower level has two more bedrooms, full kitchen, full bath, living area, and laundry facilities and offers full privacy. Both levels are fully furnished with all the comforts of home and are tastefully decorated so you can enjoy your vacation. Sleeps 10.

Whisper Pines Lodge is on the same property as the Elk Creek Hideaway cabins. When rented together, will sleep up to 16 people. Very accomodating for families, groups or organizations.

Fall asleep to the relaxing sounds of the cabin-side creek. Awaken to the gentle breezes rustling through the trees. You are ready for a day of excellent trout fishing, horseback riding just 5-10 minutes or a drive into Boone, just 20 minutes away. Within 30-45 minutes there are cave exploration, white water rafting, 4 ski areas and ATV areas.

Three cabins, located on a 5 acre lot nestled at the merger of two trout and bass streams, Laurel Creek and Elk Creek. The entire property can be rented together which has three cabins, six bedrooms, three full kitchens, five baths, or the cabins can be rented separately which makes this property ideal for anything from a romantic couple's weekend to a large family or multi family vacation.
